I recently purchased “The Classic” EZX, but cannot authorize the product on my second PC. In the product manager, I’m seeing that I have an open authorization slot, but still receive the error for too many authorizations when attempting to install on my second PC. I’m hoping this related error can be resolved in the same way that previous entries in this thread have been solved.

    Operating system: Windows 11

I don’t see a reason why you couldn’t authorize a second computer. I’ll reach out to Toontrack Support directly and get back to you asap.

    Thnak you Scott

I could authorize all the products except Indie Folk EZX.

    Could you fix it?

    Thanks!

It looks like you have an open authorization slot so I’m not sure why you can’t authorize. Are you getting an error message?

    Hi

I have empty slots but I cannot authorize my products on my new computer. Could you fix it?

I’ve removed all inactive authorizations for your products. Please use the Toontrack Product Manager to authorize your new computer.

It could be other things. When you installed, did you do a custom install and check the AAX version install?

Ezkeys isn’t an effect plugin. It should be listed when you load a stereo instrument track.

Please contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below.  Let them know the situation. They’ll probably have to merge your old account with your new email address.

I installed ezdrummer 3 and the core library but it asks me for the serial number .
Unfortunately I have not received any serial number ? can you provide it to me ?
    Thanks

Operating system: macOS High Sierra (10.13)

I’m not sure what is asking for your EZD3 serial number.

If you’re installing through the Toontrack Product Manager you should be clicking the Install button followed by the Authorize button and then the Update button. Your product serial number should be displayed with your product in Product Manager if you need it though.

Please provide more info if your still having trouble.

    Ok. To make it as clear as I can;

In your first post you show a product registered to your account called EZdrummer – Lite Upgrade. If that product is registered to your Toontrack account, you are eligible for the EZD3 upgrade purchase.

Please look at the FAQ answer as to what versions of EZD qualify for the EZD3 upgrade pricing.

My guess is that’s its loosely based on an 1176 and was used in S2. When S3 was released they included the Comp 76 which was more closely modeled.

But they’re were many presets for S2 era releases of SDXs that used the original Classic Compressor they couldn’t replace it so there is both. Just my guess though.

Very loosely based on an 1176 as I’ve never seen one that topped out at under 5:1

Reply To: Classic Compressor in SD3? version: 3.3.7

Yeah, and an LA2A in limit mode was much higher than 5:1 plus no attack and release settings. Which I think is why it’s loosely based on the classics.

I see EZD3 in your account currently. Was there another purchase you are referring to or are you all set now?

You could purchase the EZD2 sound library of you need the EZD2 sounds. It’s available as an EZX here.
