    https://www.toontrack.com/product/ekx-value-pack/

    – click on one of the 3 “Make Your Selection” boxes

    – choose your 3 packs. A green border will appear on your 3 selections.

    – Once you select 3, click on the red “add to cart” button.

    – click the “cart” button at the top of the page (it should have an orange “1” indicating that you have something in your cart)

    – click the green “proceed to checkout” to process your payment.

EZdrummer and EZbass aren’t audio effects, the are instruments. They should appear in the instrument menu.

It looks like your EZD3 Webshop purchase didn’t automatically register the Core Sound Library to your account like it should have. You should have 2 serial numbers for your EZD3 purchase. One for the plugin and one for the sounds library.

I’ve manually registered the Core Library to your Toontrack account. You should be able to download and install it from your Toontrack Product Manager now and shouldn’t receive the error pop-up when launching EZD3 anymore.

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

The first thing I would check is if there are any update through the Toontrack Product Manager.

Second, I would make sure there aren’t any Search Filters active in the browser. Can you post a screenshot of your Groove Browser thats shows the grayed out libraries?

When you click on drum kit piece in the interface it will trigger a full 127 value articulation volume. The MIDI will play back the velocity volume of the MIDI.  Which could be a low velocity. I see you are using a jazz brush kit which has a much lighter touch than sticks.

If you need higher velocity hits (120-127) you can either drag the MIDI to the Song Track and use Edit Play Style to increase the velocity or use your DAW MIDI editor to do the same thing.

From your account history you are still trying to use the Website instead of the Product Manager application. Using the Product Manager application will make authorizing easier.

I am trying to install my new software and it is asking me for a computer ID.  What is this?

Please use the Toontrack Product Manager to authorize and not the website.

I recently updated to ProTools 2024.3 and now my ezdrummer will not open unless in rosetta. Is this a known issue?

    Operating system: macOS Monterey (12)

    As Rixa posted above:

Discontinued products that are not being updated anymore has not and depending on your DAW, you must run your DAW in Rosetta mode in order to use those.

Are you running EZD3? Or the discontinued EZD1 or 2?

I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be able to authorize your new computer.

You don’t have any inactive authorizations. If you use the Toontrack Product Manager you can remove an old authorized computer and authorize you new computer from there.

Unless you’ve turned off the humanizing features in S3, I wouldn’t expect anything to null between bounce and playback. I’d have been more surprised if it did null.
