Read this,

or this,
Step 1. configure SuperiorDrummer3’s mixer to Multi-Channel outputs. Section 5.1.1 of SD3 manual…
Apply Stereo or Multichannel Outputs: The output selection provides the choice between a quick stereo and multi-channel output preset. Choosing stereo simply selects output 1/2 for every microphone channel, while choosing Multichannel loads a Multichannel output preset that groups microphone channels by instrument and buses each instrument category to the same output.
It should be noted however that this is just a preset suggestion and all outputs for all channels can be set individually by the user in any way that you choose.
Step 2. configure Cubase to receive multi-channel outputs from EZdrummer2.

my primary DAW is Pro Tools.
SECTION 7.1.1 of the SuperiorDrummer 3 manual documents the “BOUNCE” funtion.

I’m not aware of any means to trigger or sync a standalone MIDI instrument or sampler
to an audio recording other than by use of a DAW-like application.
I believe that the standalone (non-DAW) version is typically used by drummers in live scenarios.
Pardon my confusion but I’m not sure exactly what troubles you’re having…
Multi-output routing is certainly available in SD3…

Alternately, you can BOUNCE individual instruments/microphones mixed as you see fit…

Thanked by: IanYes. I have used EZMix since version 1 for Bus Level and individual track processing.
If I had to choose my current favorites, it’d be the vocal chains and guitar amp sims.
