Regarding the Cocktail sound library,
as I recall that kit/sound library ‘disappeared’
if EZDrummer1 was uninstalled before installing EZDrummer2.
When I bought the EZDrummer2 upgrade, I simply installed EZDrummer2 without uninstalling EZDrummer1, as instructed.
Therefore the Pop/Rock kit and the Cocktail kit remained intact and accessible to EZDrummer2 and to SuperiorDrummer2 & SuperiorDrummer3 when I bought them.
Likewise, the EZX expansions that you currently own have updates available
in your Toontrack account (via the Toontrack Product Manager) that will make them compatible with EZD2 without further purchase.

Thanked by: ScottI assume that you’re inquiring about a Gospel-style sound libray,
and while I can’t speak to that,
maybe you’ve overlooked the Gospel MIDI pack that can be used effectively with most existing EZKeys sound libraries.

The difference being that SD3 offers many more export options, individual close mics, bleed, etc.
with an exception being the ability to name or add a prefix to the name of the files exported.
EZDrummer only exports a stereo wav file representing the entire mixed song track.
i’ve read section multiple times and say’s nothing about naming files…what do you want me to read that you wont explain?
Reply To: bounce. version: 3.2.4
Operating system: Windows 10
Correct. The manual says nothing about naming files during a bounce
…and you’ve not missed an option or other function.
That said, I export the files to a folder created expressly for the export
and then I do a bulk rename of the track(s) adding the track name
to the beginning of the exported file name(s).
Please note that I think that the ability explicitly name the export file(s)
might make a great enhancement in the future.
Please read Section 7.1.1 Bounce from Chapter 7.1 The Track Menu in the SuperiorDrummer 3 Operation Manual.
IDK. How have you been using 2 modules to this point.
Internal samples only, I’m assuming.
AFAIK, I believe that SD3 is only going to look for input from & respond to only one module.
I would think that one of your modules would need to pass MIDI thru the other module to your computer
and then on to SD3.
Please read Section 7.1.1 Bounce from Chapter 7.1 The Track Menu in the SuperiorDrummer 3 Operation Manual.

Thanked by: NaylandI notice some midi packs for EZ piano include drums? how does that work, are they separate midi tracks combined?
Reply To: the included midi files version: 1.3.2
Operating system: macOS Mojave (10.14)
I’m not aware of any MIDI packs that mix Keys and Drums.
In which packs are you seeing this?

Thanked by: Dick BaglioFirst off, bravo to Toontrack for keeping EZDrummer1 running under Mac OSX Big Sur.
I have a lot of much newer & much more expensive software that is no longer supported.
To your question, the SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS for each individual EZX expansion are shown on its product page. By my count, there are roughly 20 EZX expansions released before the creation of EZDrummer2 that will work with EZXDrummer1.
EZXDrummer2 is REQUIRED for EZX expansions created AFTER the release of EZDrummer2.
Hope this helps.
what DAW are you using?
does your DAW have the ability to use a MIDI mapping different than the mapping of the Toontrack standard?
Alternately, to reset all mixer settings for a Preset, select “Reset Mixer” from the Mixer menu.
are you using your mouse to ‘Tap” or an external MIDI controller, like a keyboard or a drum pad (recommended)?
can you please elaborate?
are you using EZMix as a standalone app, or
as a plug-in within a DAW or similar host?
if as a plug-in within a DAW or similar host, what DAW/host?
if in standalone, to what Output Device & Output Channel(s) are configured in the SETTINGS > AUDIO of the app?
