Thanks. What kind of cable would work with it? It is pretty old module
I think, the aim is to be able to send and receive signal to our UI24 mixer and control volume.
Typically a USB Type B cable end would connect to a peripheral like the TD25
with the other end being USB Type A connecting to your computer.
The audio output of EZDrummer and/or SuperiorDrummer from your computer
will need to go out a soundcard (audio interface) to your mixer…
How are you hearing EZDrummer now?
According to the manual, the TD25 can natively transmit MIDI over USB to your computer (EZDrummer & SuperiorDrummer).
A USB cable is even provided with the kit.
Greetings!
I need to authorize a new Mac computer but I can find the free up slots . Can anybody tell Where is it?

Thanked by: rixaHey Shootie! I’m honoured you took the time to reply to what was in effect a dumb question. Thank you so much for your videos. So helpful, so clear and very thorough. I’m seriously considering your Grid editor course but am still smarting in the wallet from the Ezd3 and some expansion purchases.
I highly recommend Shootie’s courses.
I’ve purchased both courses that he currently offers
and find them to be both clear and very thorough.

Thanked by: ShootieI’m going to refer the OP to the Mixer section of the manual.
…specifically, the section 5.1.1 that speaks to the Multichannel option.

Thanked by: Brad and JohnMay be it works with Logic Pro X using the “convert Audio to Midi”-function. I did this with a Kick-Drum Audio WAV signal converted to Midi. It generates automatically another track with software instrument e.g. EZD 3 and you can select a Kickdrum from there. I can mix now the Original Kick drum with EZD 3 Kickdrum to get a nice sound.

Sure; if you have close-mic’d multi-tracks, an Audio-to-MIDI conversion could be the way to go…
but I think that the OP was referencing a full drum kit recording.

Thanked by: Bear-Faced CowAs you probably already know,
this is where & why many users will go with a multichannel output routing from SD3 into the DAW
discussed (albeit briefly) in the SD3 user manual, Section 5.1 “The Mixer Tab”
specifically Section 5.1.1 “The Mixer Manu”
and apply HOST 3rd-party VST plugins there.

choose “Apply Multichannel Outputs“

Thanked by: Bear-Faced Cow, Korken and drumjack52Can you please post a screenshot of what you can see?
It might help us prescribe a fix.

Thanked by: Bear-Faced CowI’ve had a go at what you’re doing. The instruments in the destination groove are all replaced by the hi-hat if I choose Paste on Selected Grooves > All.
Hey, Mick. While I appreciate your reply, the issue is not with “Paste on Selected Grooves > All.” The issue is with “Paste on Selected Grooves > Hi-hat” (or with other, individual instruments in that command). Thanks.
Hi there,
Can you save the EZD3 project, archive it (compress .zip) and post it here. I can not replicate the issue on any of my rigs, I have a 3.0.6 version and 3.1 and can not get it to misbehave like that.
Reply To: Is “Paste on Selected Groove” broken? version: 3.1.0
Operating system: macOS Sequoia (15)
If the OP insists upon using 3 instances of SD3,
perhaps they should ‘unload’ the kit pieces not used in that particular instance
so as to free up system resources.
The extra load may be what is causing the ‘time-slippage’.
??
upgrades for your previous expansion kit purchases should be available in your account
once you’ve upgraded EZDrummer. No further purchase for those expansions should be necessary.
Hello all – I understand Pro Tools requires the 32-bit version of EZ Keys to run. Would someone be so kind to point me to the installers? I did not see it in Product Manager.
Also, do I need to uninstall the 64-bit version first?
Thank you!
Reply To: EZ Keys 32 bit installer version: 2.1.3
Operating system: macOS Sequoia (15)
of what version of Pro Tools are you referencing?
Pro Tools absolutely DOES NOT require 32-bit version of EZKeys 2. Hasn’t for awhile.
PS. EZKeys 2 has always been 64-bit and AFAIK never offered a 32-bit installer.

Thanked by: GreatCthulhuHi,
I bought several MIDI Packs for EZ Bass and EZ Keys.
However, I can’t access the MIDI Pack forum. Is it only accessible for EZ Drummer MIDI Expansions? Thanks,
Ralf
Ha! I wasn’t even aware that there is a MIDI PACKS forum.
As you’ve suspected, it appears to be limited to drum MIDI content.
