I’m having the same issue with the download of “Real to Reel”.  ‘…has stopped. The remote file size is not what it is expected to be.”

I’ve tried to “Refresh product list” and restarted the download again.   Restarted my computer many times.    Same thing.

    Any ideas?   Thanks!

    Operating system: macOS Sequoia (15)

In this case, try reinstalling EZD3 first from the Product Manager application.
    Also, install any updates available.

The Product Manager can be downloaded at this link:

    Hi,
I recently had to reinstall all my Toontrack software, which was a very tedious task. I was prompted to enter my iMac password for each individual software component. Is there a faster and more efficient way to handle this process?
    Thank you,

At the moment, it is not possible to bulk install Toontrack products via the Product Manager, which is why you were prompted for your iMac password with each individual installation. This has been added as a feature request for future updates of the Product Manager. At this time, however, we do not have any information on if or when it will be implemented.

I completely agree about the lack of support.

I have used Superior Drummer 3 for years, and recently purchased EZKeys 2 and EZBass. I am completely lost with both of these programs.

I am a stroke survivor and I have come a long way back to re-learning my DAW and making music again. I hired a tutor a couple of years ago to help me re-learn Cubase and I have put a lot of effort into writing and recording music again. To have no way to contact Toontrack to even get a referral to a tutor – who I would gladly pay – to help me learn how to use these amazing tools is beyond frustrating.

I really don’t know what to do at this point.

That your company would go through such meticulous detail to create these products, yet have no real – even paid – customer support to help the end user learn them, is mind boggling to me. What good are great tools when there is no support in learning them?

I have spent two days on this and I’m getting nowhere.

    Very disappointed customer here.

Toontrack does not currently offer any private lessons or one-on-one training in using our software. However, if you are looking for personal instruction, we can recommend Shootie School (https://shootieschool.com/) as a third-party service that offers tailored lessons for Toontrack products.

In addition, there are plenty of free tutorials on YouTube covering EZbass, EZkeys, and our other products. These can be a great starting point and are available at your convenience.

If you need technical support regarding our software, You can contact support via the Contact Support button at the bottom of any FAQ on our site. https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/

The latest official release available in the Toontrack Product Manager for EZdrummer 2 supports up to macOS 14, and for Superior Drummer 2, up to macOS 10.13.

Superior Drummer 2 may still run on later versions of macOS, but we cannot guarantee compatibility, as it has not been updated or tested beyond macOS 10.13.

We can see that you have Superior Drummer 2 registered to your account.

Superior Drummer 2, as well as EZdrummer 1 and 2, have been discontinued for some time and are no longer being updated. As a result, these products are not compatible with macOS 15 Sequoia and will not install or function properly on that operating system.
