    Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with EZbass.

    Our support will contact you via email to help troubleshoot. Do you have links to the forum posts you are referring to, so that we can confirm if they are reporting bugs that haven’t been fixed, or if those issues should already be fixed in EZbass 1.3.1?

    Been another month now… and I’ve still had a broken product longer than ive had a working product!

    Sorry about that Matt! A fix has been found and it is coming in the next update, but before then that version (which includes other bug fixes and changes too) has to go through QA testing. How long this will take depends on the findings of our testers. The fact that we are in the summer vacation months in Sweden right now is going to affect the timeline as well.

    Hi Eddie!

    Sorry for the time this has taken. We are not looking to make any excuses for the bug not being fixed yet. This is a nasty bug that we have wanted to fix for a long time and the development team has been working to fix it.

    I will personally make sure to bring the bug ticket up at the office to see if there is any way we can give this a higher priority or speed this up, considering the age of this bug.

    Please contact us here https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/ so that we can gather some information from you for our CDN support. That includes troubleshooting your connection to the download servers, and that is a step we cannot skip. We need to do that in order to find the root cause of the issue, even if it is not in your home network.

    No ETA yet, but the team is working to fix this and other issues in the next software updates to SD3 and EZD3.
