Me again. Please – let me know how I can get this situation addressed. Thank you.
Hi Victor,
No. All of the emails were sent from my studio computer and I used the same email linked to my account.
I use the same email for login, authorization and downloads. I only have two emails and I did not use the other one. I don’t understand. I logged in using my account email (the login info is through Dashlane so that email is the only way I CAN log in), I sent the support ticket while logged in with that email, and I received a confirmation (on-line) that my ticket was received.
How can I fix this? I have any issue that, although not truly time sensitive, is becoming a bit more so daily. Is there some more direct way for me to submit this request?
thanks,
Nick
Hello John,
I just submitted the request again – but still did not receive an email confirmation. I don’t know if that’s supposed to be an immediate process or if I’m jumping the gun. It’s been 10 or 15 minutes. I took a screenshot of my confirmation after submittal but there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to paste it into this box. Please let me know how to proceed.
Thank you,
Nick
Hi John,
Yes, I’ve checked. There is nothing in my junk mailbox. I don’t want to seem impatient but I also don’t want to wait indefinitely for something that isn’t coming. Is there a way to verify receipt?
thanks
Nick
Thank you, Scott
I don’t know how else to communicate with the tech folks at Toontrack so, since you are identified as such, I’d like to make a suggestion:
While I really value my EZ Keys and EZ Mix plugins, I think that they would be greatly improved (and more marketable) if the user was able to expand the GUI the way we can in Superior Drummer. As they are, they are difficult to see, difficult to read and interact with and to be frank, it makes them look a little cheesy. They are really useful plugins but interaction with them is difficult because of their very cramped format. The expandable screen in Superior Drummer makes it a pleasure to work in and very easy to read. I hope that EZ Bass will be available in this format also. I don’t know if this is technically feasible, but I think it would be a major improvement to these products.
Just my two cents.
thanks,
Nick

Thanked by: Kevin WilliamsDoes anyone have any updated info on the release date of EZBass? I haven’t heard anything else about it since the original press release. Any info is much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanked by: Kevin WilliamsExactly. I have Trillian and the sounds are great but it doesn’t help me sound like a real bass player. I’m a guitarist and we just think differently. A setup almost identical to EZ Keys would be ideal – Genre, various patterns/song parts etc. It would HAVE to be a whole lot simpler than EZ Keys for you guys to program, right? It’s mostly single notes. It’s the place that a lot of my projects get weak because although I have great bass sounds, I don’t have great bass performances. I need pro bass shuffles, walks, funk, blues, country, ballads – you name it. I’ve been asking for years now. Come on guys. Help out your loyal fan base and pull this one together. Fingers crossed.
