Sd3 ist dead coz the main libary released 8 years ago?

    Tell that omnisphere user^^

    Ez Drummer 2 releaaed 2014 …

Version 3 exact 8 years later

    Sd2 2008 release…sd3 2017….9 years

    Ezkeys 2012(?) Release version 2 releaaedate 2023…..11 years…

    You notice sometthing?

    Great ✌️

Last sdx released end of 2024 by the way…

So all toontrack products have 8 to 12 years which is great.

So you dont have to pay update bucks every 2 years and they have to release a great product bevore its getting old.

Sd4 will be out 2025….or at least until 2026

50/50 chance that they anounce sd 4 soon for a 2025 release.

If its not ready for a 2025 landing they release sd4 100% 2026 for sure.

interessting…coz i already paid a licence 15 euro fee AFTER i sold an ebx…that was the first time i noticed something has changed…

well i am not a lawer but if you are right i should ask them that in a seperate email…

in the end they have still gret products but i am very dissapointed and and lost part of my “high meaning” ….

very shamefull whats goin on at the moment and even when i dont have 2235 countrtvalue ^^ i could spend near 1000 Euro :))

    @toontrack

i am sure Toontrack  had LOTS of transfers back in the day so in general its not great but “okay” to pay a fee.

for example if someone sells Superior Drummer 3 and has to pay  15 euro fee …thats okay

but to pay 15 € for lets say an ezx that you can sell 2nd hand for 30€ is not okay

not to mention the MIDI packs…i mean…what do you get 2nd hand for a midipack ….10-15€ if you have luck….

and for that 15€ transfer fee EACH plugin  is very dissapointing …

and sad…like i said  its okay to pay a small fee

    for example:

    sd3 15€ fee

    ezdrummer / ezbass / sdx 10€ fee

    expansions (evx/ezx)  5€ fee

    and no fees for midi

or to keep it even more simple: 5% fee from the original price

thats not so complex…easy to understand/use

and less loyal custumers wouldnt be that dissapointed.

wow…looks like i will buy this.

important question: i use studio one 3 pro
supports no surround and i dont need it.

so my question is can i skip the 2 surround downloads or have i download EVERYTHING even if i need not everything.

    thanx, Marc
