mr.celloIn the three years since replied to this thread I haven’t added any expansion packs or MIDI packs, and will not until this is addressed, because as stated above; while Tooktrack maybe “good, but time is important too, and it’s too precious to be wasting on nonsense like this.”
mr.celloFrustrating that there hasn’t even been a response from Tunetrack on this. I have basically decided that I am not going to buy any new products from them as I can’t deal with the pain (for even things like MIDI packs which need admin why?). I like the product, but the “cost of ownership” is too high for me to invest anymore.
mr.celloTotally agree. There are other music products that will update all of it in one go so you click through for the first and are good to go. Super irritating having to click through and put in admin password for each product sometimes multiple times (initial download then updates).
