IF you are an owner of EZdrummer 1 There is no need to purchase the Pop Rock EZX… as you already have it.

It is the exact same Sound library and MIDI content that is included in EZDrummer 1.

The Pop Rock EZX is ONLY for users who do not have EZdrummer 1 (i.e. they only have EZDrummer 2) and they would like to have the Pop Rock Sounds and MIDI.

There are no physical discs for EZkeys available.

Hi,

It seems that you are referring to 2 separate things. 1 Loading kits in EZDrummer, and 2 viewing the MIDI layout.

If you want to load kits in EZdrummer 2 click the Orange kit selector near the top right corner of the plugin. Are you able to do this?

Hi Nigel,

IF you are using EZDrummer version 1, and you have installed from the DVD you are using a very old version. It will be necessary to download and install the 1.3.3 software update for EZdrummer 1.

This is found in your account under My account > My products > EZDrummer 1 > Updates.

This update includes a new authorization system that only requires you to enter your Toontrack account info and Serial number. You should then be able to authorize version 1 without issue.

Since you own the EZdrummer lite upgrade (i.e. the full version of EZDrummer 1) you qualify for the EZdrummer 2 upgrade ($99 on Toontrack.com).

This could happen for a few reasons, but the solution will be to re authorize. Please first make sure that the version of EZdrummer that is launched in Sonar reads 1.3.3 in the bottom right corner of the interface. If it does not please update.

You will then need to re authorize. I have removed your old authorizations to allow you to do this.

Hi,

A DVD for which product? EZdrummer 2 is a download only product and if you have a DVD it was not made by Toontrack.

I can see from looking in your account that you have attempted to download EZDrummer 2 a few times. What web browser are you using? Is your internet connection sufficient for a 3 gig download?

We can also recommend using a web browser (such as firefox) that has add on download managers that allow you to resume downloads if it gets cut off.

Hi Tony,

For the Essential piano bundle package you are provided with one license from the dealer. Upon registering this 1 license to your Toontrack account, 3 individual serial numbers are created and registered to your account.

If you login to Toontrack.com and click My account > My Products > EZkeys Grand piano (for example) You will then see the serial number for the EZkeys grand piano.

Repeat this process for the upright and the Classic Electrics to obtain their serial numbers.

Your account shows that you have both EZDrummer 1 and EZDrummer 2. We assume that you are referring to EZDrummer 2?

You should simply be able to launch EZdrummer 2 on your computer and then input the requested information into the online authorization screen to create another authorization.

Please provide more detail if you are not able to do this.

Hi,

There is no need to Remove EZdrummer 1 before installing EZDrummer 2. Installing EZDrummer 2 will overwrite EZdrummer 1.

There are no known issues with EZdrummer 2 in Studio one. EZdrummer 2 can be used in multi out mode with Studio one.

This may be the confusion. You do not drop individual MIDI files to separate tracks. You only drag and drop the single MIDI file. You then route the individual outputs in EZdrummer’s mixer to channels in Studio one.

Hi

Its important to remember that the recording level of your guitar, and the guitar itself plays a major part in the sound of a preset.

Please make sure that you are not clipping the input signal or that you are not recording too quietly. The recorded peak level of your guitar should be at about -10 (approximately). You can also use the input level knob in EZmix 2 to fine tune the input level.

It can also help to double track your guitars and choose different presets for each guitar.
