virus scanner says the installer is potential harmful and is blocked

I have just received the dvd from a shop and it will not install, the serial nr is not accepted and the computer id is no good either.

I am not impressed so far with the product , i am getting nowhere at all.

I have downloaded the 668 mb zip file which took 45 minutes and am completely stuck

Hi,

A DVD for which product? EZdrummer 2 is a download only product and if you have a DVD it was not made by Toontrack.

I can see from looking in your account that you have attempted to download EZDrummer 2 a few times. What web browser are you using? Is your internet connection sufficient for a 3 gig download?

We can also recommend using a web browser (such as firefox) that has add on download managers that allow you to resume downloads if it gets cut off.
