ok, i had a bit of play with this last night in Reaper, and muting the ezkeys track muted the send to the YFSG. I will figure that out soon enough

and what is the trick to mute ezkeys and just have YFSG play only?

ok, fair enough. I guess i haven’t come across that a lot myself. I’m just being selfish and telling you what I would like 🙂

i don;t have any of the above issues, but why is it that TT do not talk about future ideas/releases.

Get your customers excited! Let customers decide whether they need to go to a competitor to get something they are looking for, or perhaps wait and see what one of their favourite providers (TT) end up delivering for something they have had in the pipeline for some time.

I don’t get the benefit of secrecy to your customers, let alone your loyal ones?

Is this a question, or a statement? because the above is correct.

mate, this is probably a problem with how you have set up this in reaper. Set up your Ezdrummer in reaper, save the file, and then post your issue with the file in the reaper forum, many including myself can help you there.

I am guessing you have ensured you are pointing to the folder that stores you ezdrummer vst file, as you had it working before yes? Maybe clear cache and rescan.

you might have had the “Record: input (audio or midi)” checked, but is the speaker button next to that turned on? if you can’t see it , expand the track panel. the button doesn;t look much like a speaker, but that is what it is.

that was not the input monitoring button shown in the pic, that is the record mode button (RED). The input monitoring button is to the right right of the ‘IN (Down arrow)’ button.

Have you put that track that you added EZdrummer to, in record mode

i think they understand the importance of it. You can see why when running in a DAW you would let your DAW of choice control tempo mapping.

In standalone, ok I agree it would be useful for those who do not have a DAW, but otherwise i am impressed that some can write an entire song for drums without comparing it to any instruments. I personally don’t have the skills to do that.

they are just headers in your browser, they aren’t supposed to have files in them. it helps as it seperates all your different tempos and styles with headers giving information on the rythym type for example. Leave them there….
