    Dear Mr. Sibley,

    While I respect your response as a nod of commitment to your distribution partners that’s not an answer. How about incentivizing loyal customers, my point is when there are other options in drumming software wouldn’t Toon Track like to build and enhance brand loyalty and market share through loyalty based actions?

    As possible compromise how about offering a “member only” web price that matches (at least) the online retailers. On a side note how much do the partnerships cost the company versus how much revenue is made from download direct sales via Toon Tracks current delivery system?
