Hi,
I am not sure where to find that exact diagnostics window in your screen shot but if I create a project with 4 instances of EZkeys 2, 4 instances of EZbass and 3 instances of EZdrummer 3, it takes the Project 18 seconds to load and it closes in 1-2 seconds. I am not sure which libraries and presets you are using, which of course affects loading times.
I have an SSD drive on my MBP, so maybe that’s the difference?
38 seconds is not extremely long if you are using that many instances and with a regular spinning drive, or do I misunderstand?
If you want to compare further, you could always zip archive the .song file and attach to a post here, so I may open it on my system.

Hi,
if you see the meters move on the other tracks in the EZD3 Mixer, as Brad writes, the only thing that could cause this is if you have the different mixer channels routed to other outputs which aren’t enabled, i.e. a Multichannel routing in the Mixer.

Hi Ross,
just go to the File Menu and ‘Log Out’. Then you can Log In with the correct credentials.

Hi,
it would be interesting to have a look at the MIDI. Would it be possible for you to record when you are experiencing this?
You could either record into EZdrummer 3 or a host and then either zip the EZD3 project or .MID file and attach to a post here.

Hi,
with regards to EZkeys 1, my first guess would be that you are running Cubase in Native mode and not in Rosetta mode.
Is the EZbass plug-in loaded and can you open the interface?
If you start a new Project, does EZbass work as expected?

Hi,
I haven’t tried this myself but if Aftertouch is sent when you place your hand on the upper cymbal, you should be able to Enable the ‘Envelope and Offset’ property box, set the Trigger to Aftertouch and then adjust the Release and Curve Slope to taste.

Hi,
please be aware that copying or moving the .dll file (which is VST2 btw) breaks the Toontrack updater, since it cannot “know” where you have moved the .dll file.
The proper way to do it is to point your host to include the path to where it is installed in the VST scan. Or Custom install EZmix2 upon initial installation.

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanHi,
what does your sound library drop-down look like?
In the Product Manager, if you click the ‘Show Details’ for the Singer-Songwriter EKX, does it show as Installed? Or is it only the MIDI, if you check the Installation Info tab?

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanHi JC:
1) No
2) I think the Manual explains it best: https://www.toontrack.com/manual/superior-drummer-3/?type=manual_sd3&search=future+hit

Hi,
switching preset or library should clear Imported User Audio Files. Or restarting EZdrummer 3.

Hi,
that’s not possible, since switching libraries switches the stage, so to speak, and when you add an X-drum to the currently loaded library, you set it up in relation to that stage.
I don’t know if it could be possible in some future update or not but you can always post a request in the Requests & Feedback section.

Thanked by: JC and Bear-Faced CowHi Pat,
it sounds like you have some MIDI parameter automation on your EZbass track in your DAW.
Does it change the preset or is it just the Effects knob(s)?
Please check if the Effects knobs have any MIDI CC bindings.
If you want to, you can zip the Studio One project without any audio files and attach to a post here, so we may have a look at the Project.

Hi Mark,
I wonder if you have missed that EZkeys 2 has been out for quite a while now?

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanHi,
the long since discontinued EZdrummer 2 is not Apple silicon native, so yes, you would need to start Pro Tools in Rosetta mode for it to show up.
EZdrummer 1 and 2 does not have the numbering distinction between them, since installing 2 would replace 1 in Projects. EZdrummer 3 is a completely new instrument, as is EZkeys 2. They can coexist on the same system as their previous versions.

John
