We can’t comment on future products, releases, and plans, but feedback is always welcome. We can use it to update current software, and/or to learn what to do differently for new software!

When you set the key of a song, the chord circle will adjust so that the select chord is at the top. If you want to change the key for a section of a song, select all the Song Parts on the song track, right click on one of them and select Properties. In there you can transpose the selected blocks to another key.

Oddly enough it doesn’t do it on every project I opened a project where the problem isn’t happening and copied every setting exactly as it was in the previous project.

Can the projects where you experience the issues contain high latency plugins? If you enable Low Latency Mode in Logic, does this help? You can access this by modifying the Logic tool bar, to show the Low Latency mode button.

The project should be called “defaultproject.ezdp” correct?

Not exactly, it should be called DefaultProject (no file ending).

It’s easiest if you first save a Default Project using the Menu in EZdrummer 2. Then you’ll see where the file is placed, and what it’s called! Then replace that, following the steps I wrote above.

The programmers that can debug your attached project are on vacation, and will be back early august. If you can’t continue to work until then, please respond back here. Or else we’ll do the debug when the mighty coders return!

What’s your Audio Interface, and what drivers are you using? If you aren’t using ASIO drivers, please try that!

It’s correct that some presets doesn’t load all positions. If the drum isn’t needed, according to the person who made the preset, it’s better to not load anything (since that would require more RAM to be used).

    Trying upload again.

Update: I spent a bit of time cycling through the preset kits using the spinner buttons on the kit selector – no issues. So it would seem the issue is only affected by midi program change messages.

If you want to, you can upload the project now, the upload malfunction has been fixed 🙂 It may help us finding out why it crashed, to fix the bug for coming EZd2 updates.
