I have noted that it would be a good idea to be able to choose how the blocks should be inserted – as now (remove whats beneath) or by moving the blocks to the right (shuffle mode). We’ll see we can get that into the program :)

I often build up the track inside EZdrummer 2 because of the easy handling of power hand etc. If I want to make fine adjustments (like changing velocity on one note etc) I drag it out to Logic and edit it from there. You can keep all your MIDI blocks on the track in EZdrummer 2 even if you also have them in Logic. Just uncheck “Follow Host” (a button found beside the Song Creator button) and EZdrummer 2 won’t play its track while you play the track in Logic.

In the EZdrummer 2 menu (top right corner of the program), click “Check for updates…” – it will tell you what you need to update…

I did a tap2find trying to play like the drummer in “Waiting on the world to change” and checked “Swing” and the first result was the one seen on the attached screenshot. Seemed to have the same vibe – if you ask me :) I dragged it down to the track and changed the power hand from hi-hat to ride…

As John is implying – this problem can be either because of audio clipping, because your sound card can’t handle the small buffer sizes, or because your computer get CPU peaks (there can be other causes too, like a slow hard drive, but that should’t be the case in your scenario). Can you get a CPU meter to reveal what’s happening during your playing session?

You can right click on a block and select “Remove >” and choose to remove the hi-hat (or any other part from that MIDI block).

In the browser, on the right side, there’s a “User MIDI” area where you can drag any MIDI files and name them to your likings :)
If the User MIDI area isn’t visible, there’s a button on the top right area of the browser, with an arrow, that will reveal it.

    As gseshleman said – a sus4 is using the 11th, not the 13th :)

Do you have any effects after (or before) EZmix 2 that clips? It sounds like an effect after EZmix 2 peaks after EZmix 2 has done its wonders :)

Please write the fail comment you get so we can try to figure out the problem!

We have looked into the problems and it seems to be a bug in OS X causing these graphical bugs. We will, however, see if we can fix it somehow.
