    Those solutions don’t work.

    >I use a Win7 machine and a 27″ Touchscreen monitor at a 1920X1080 resolution

See, that right there is the problem. I’d bet if anyone there were using current hardware (1440p monitors abound these days, you know, even 4K!), there would be a fix to this ridiculous problem. Not everyone is still using 1080p. It’s 2016.

    I have a great example.

I can barely see EZDrummer’s interface on my 27″ monitor.

I explored all the programs settings, scoured the web, searched the forum and FAQ.

After over a half hour, I try to contact support. Not possible, apparently (why did I spend $200 on software with no support).

So I post in the forums. Scott the Admin strolls by and tells me to look in the &^*#@ FAQ.

Is it possible to make the GUI larger on this software or did I just throw $200 down the drain on Abandonware???

Follow the FAQ?? I have followed the FAQ!! Can’t find anything related to making the interface readable on a modern monitor.

Can you please just answer what should be a simple question (that a lot of us still have):

Is it possible to change the interface size on Windows 10 or not?? And if so……HOW?

Why is this window size issue not resolved??!! FFS this is just total BS. It’s 2016 people.

    Is this abandonware?

How does one get in touch with Toontrack support? They’ve gone to great lengths to hide it.

Here is the solution that keeps getting pointed to, but I can’t make any sense of it.

Does it make any sense to anyone else? What exactly is supposed to be in this text file?

“Fear not! There is a fairly simple solution.
    The lowly manifest file.
Below is the text of an example manifest file. In fact, it’s the manifest file for my laptop – fixing EZdrummer 2.
Grrrrr. That was supposed to be MBP in the title.
    EZdrummer64
    false
Note the line toward the beginning that says:
    “name=”EZdrummer64.exe””
That must contain the exact name of the executable file. A few lines below it is another place we need to enter the application name.
To use this file. Open a new, blank text file. Copy and paste the above into the text file and save it to the directory where the offending application lives.
In my case, that directory is:
    C:Program FilesToontrackEZdrummer
The file must be named as follows:
Exact original executable name + .manifest.
    eg.
    EZdrummer64.exe.manifest
As mentioned before, it must reside in the same directory as that exe.
After the file exists and is in the correct location, all you have to do is launch the application normally and windows will take care of the rest.

Thanks very much, but the thread about the manifest file was unclear as to what exactly needs to be in this manifest file (part of his post reads like gibberish).

And the other thread about properties didn’t work (the scaling/DPI box was already unchecked).

Anybody have any other solution? I’m sure I’m not the only one with a 27″ monitor trying to recreate the wheel by making this program readable.
