ChadwickDunderc0ckI want to buy the drums and snares along with the new SDX. I GOT 65 products. I need a quarantine discount.
ChadwickDunderc0ckOk great. So if I have a kit open from an SDX I can replace the bass and snare on that kit with the ones from this new pack… correct?
Does it add the additional mix channels to the replaced snare and bass drums in the base SDX?

ChadwickDunderc0ckYou just update the location in the PM under the product you moved. Once you do that it will update properly. No games.
ChadwickDunderc0ckYou don’t have to do that.. just grab the whole Folder of the SDX and move to it new location. It ask for you your password. Transfer and point the software to the new location. Done.

Just so I have it right and to be clear about my configuration, I’m setting up an instrument in logic and using SD3 on said instrument…then selecting the multi outputs option… then hitting the little plus sign on the track to set up aux tracks in order to add the individual drum parts from SD3…then routing all the parts from SD3 to those aux tracks. So, in this routing configuration, using the faders on said aux tracks in logic adjusts the GAIN of each drum part( i. e. kick snare etc) ?
You can do this? I need this info…
ChadwickDunderc0ckgreat, will do that tomorrow, right now i am downloading the drummer 3 library part 1 and window says it takes about 5 hours, that’s fine as long as that work. since i talked to you i recreated a new folder with all the ezkeys, exmix2, drummer 3 and orchestral, will let you know tomorrow. thank you for your help.

no problem. I did the same and moved everything I could to an external thunderbolt drive so I know it can get frustrating with all the posting and different instructions.
ChadwickDunderc0ckAlso, if you move SDX files make sure you change the path inside SD3 too. In setting preferences library locations.

2) you said you moved the files… exit out of the that screen go back to the main PM software. under the product you need to update click “show details” info at the bottom.
Select the second tab “installation info” . Next to the “path” info there’s a drop down box select “change path” and point to the place you moved the software.
Try again now.
