Damn I found the issue. Spoke too soon. It reset the audio interface for some reason to something of nonsense. I just mis-read it and missed it the first check. The midi is still correct. Thanks for the help.
Ok. Cool. In the past the last one I bought I don’t remember that but makes sense. Thanks.
I would like to add that snares and kicks ez is a great add-on. Gives all your kits more custom options. It’s great.

Thanked by: JamesRooms to me is a must along with Death/Darkness. Even if you’re not metal the Death and Darkness packs are just great extensive kits… all around solid
Rooms – best ambience and unique kits. Extremely well done and recorded. Possible the best recording to date imho
I have others too. Bob Rock orc etc. All are great depending on your “goals”.
so knowing what I know now, which isn’t much, Rooms and DD would be a must have to start. IMO.

Thanked by: JamesI had this happen once not with SD3 but with similar sound issues as you describe when I had my daw running/recording 96 instead of 44.1 and a plug-in didn’t support 96.
You can do it with Scan-Score even with a PDF. It will convert to a MusicXML file while all major music programs can deal with.

Not sure how well this will work with drum notation. Need to dig further. Might be easier just to write it yourself then convert.
Theres also https://musescore.org/en – Open source and there are drummers there discussing drum notation. Lots of free plugins to try.
Good luck. Love to know if you get a system that works.
Ok. I just read up. ARM based cpu. Yes toontrack, you’ll need to update all your software. What say you?
That’s insanity. I do not support this. I’m glad I got a new highly upgraded 2019.
I know of the silicone chip but just like AMD and Intel CPUs wouldn’t they still process the same? I would hope so.. they would have to have multiple versions of OS X out and software. It would be a mess.
Ooook. I’m gonna screen this! I get you can’t drag and drop in Logic so you include a “plugin” or whatever’s to link up.
I like playing bass but I’m not the cleanest bass player so using ezBass to clean up a bit and bringing it back as a DI is goal.
Just found a way and it made my kit I’m working on sound great.
I have a few EZkeys pianos and synths. I created a scale with each note I wanted each 3 bars long.
in SD3 I created a second ‘track’ running through each drum individually for 3 bars. Bass, Tom, tom2….
I just looped each 3 bars while using the instruments global tuning.
Get EZkeys for nothing more than this.
Save it as a starting template in daw..
