I have the issue with multiple starting points. I've had superior drummer forever so it seems I have quite a few midi files. With former/older mapping files it seems to have used 'usermap' commands. For D&D,it uses 'note' and 'translate'. Either way the mapping saves fine but on start up, i have problems when extra toms have been created. It will start with a 27 to 48 mapping despite being mapped to 47 in the config. Once I recorrect it, it is fine but if i start fresh it has the ongoing problem. Ive saved many projects to the same avail. Also tried starting Sd3 in admin mode. Win10.

Listening to the unchained snare, I tried the vintage rock pack, slingerland snare, in the mixer mute the snare bottom. tune to -0.3. compress and reverb to taste. it won’t win any awards but here it is.
