A workaround for this issue with the Sound Installer on macOS Catalina is to change the download location in Product Manager to somewhere that is not within your Downloads, Documents or Desktop folders, nor on an external disk. I would suggest a new folder named “Toontrack Downloads” located directly in your home folder. Then use the “Move Downloads” button (in the Product Manager preferences window). When that is done, you should be able to install.
However, this won’t help if you want to install to an external disk. See https://www.toontrack.com/forums/topic/cant-install-on-catalina/page/2/#post-2493536 for how to install manually in that case.

That worked Olof! Many thanks
Hi,
since you are on Catalina, I suggest you contact Toontrack Support directly via any of the FAQ pages.

Hi Henrik
Thanks for your answers…keyboard shortcuts are very useful, when you have the keyboard with you 🙂
I only take my wireless mouse with me when I get behind the kit so at least having the undo button on that position would be very useful
Even cubase put them on the main screen 🙂
Thanks for the answer; I know about this “load parts” option but it’s not really handy, so I still think my suggestion would be welcomed by e-drummers
Thanks
