Hi
Came back again to the Toontrack trio (bass, drums and keys) after some years
Now, I play my axe and I want to use the Toontrack trio to do backing tracks, but I see the same defect is still there
For example, I set a progression in Ezkeys, with a series of chords AND WITH intro, verses, chorus etc.
Then I want to have the same chords BUT ALSO THE SAME intro, verses, chorus etc. in EZbass, but it is still impossible because only chords are passed
This issue applies also when I start with EZdrums and I want THE SAME intro, verses, chorus etc. in EZkeys and/or EZbass
This is very silly to me, to have 3 instruments that cannot do the same things in the same moments, unless I waste a lot of time re-creating intro, verses, chorus etc. in each single plugin
I am quite sure I asked for this feature in the past, but nothing happened
Well, I just found that I cannot sell the upgrade to a people that doesn’t have has a license for EZKeys 1, even if EZKeys 1 is no more sold!
Not a smart move in my opinion
you lose one customer (me) forever because of the awful fee and complications for transfers, YUK
and you lose a new customer who could have bought expansions or MIDI packs that I likely never sell because the transfer fee is too much close to the possible selling price
Now Toontrack is in my personal no-way list

Sure, I know that
Unfortunately, no option of the few available worked
Yes, I still have issue with Bitwig, so I don’t use Audio Sender any more
Hi
I have the same issue in Bitwig Studio 4
all plugins updated at their last version
can I have a Bitwig project also?
I have the same problem but in Bitwig Studio only; with Ableton I had zero problems up to a week ago when I switched from Live to Bitwig
I was just thinking to that…
and more MIDIs for the Pipe Organ please!
Hi
I found the culprit after some reasoning and a deeper check
differently from the past, this installer puts the dll in its preferred folder that is not the usual Steinberg one as most vst, but neither my preferred folder
so in case the behaviour of your future extensions don’t change, I think you should advice the user to move the dll, or better let the user select its preferred folder during installation as happened in the past for yours vst/extensions
BTW, I see one drum only called Amber, while I think to remember that this EZX has 2: do I remember wrongly?
cheers
Hi Henrik
yes it worked indeed, thanks!
I was fooled by the audio tracker window appearance that is very close to the Grid Editor window
Indeed I thought that after tracking, the tool switched the user automatically to the Grid Editor window, that isn’t the case

Thanked by: Henrik Ekblomsure, here are all folders I found and that contain something related to ezkeys
note that the last folder (screen-shot 4) contains subfolders but zero data
