I think I’ve sussed it. The BD was stacked, but the preview only plays the original, non stacked sample, which kinda makes sense. If I mute all of the stacked, additional samples, the preview and what I get via the TD12 are identical.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for such a swift response. I set the trigger level on the TD12 to a level where it was hitting 127, but the sound wasn’t the same as the preview. It’s a stacked BD, and when I look at what articulations are being triggered, it doesn’t seem to be triggering the ‘Open’ articulation, which is the one that sounds when I click on the preview.

I’ve just done the same, thinking I was getting a free expansion with the upgrade.

Very disappointed that we are expected to read the small print for an offer that appears completely unambiguous…
