When buying any SDX product from Sweetwater or GC, you will be emailed a serial number as well as shipped a Toontrack VSSD box with install discs. The “half boxed version” is to hold you over till the VSSD install boxes arrive.

(1) Simply head over to our webshop at http://www.toontrack.com and spend $100 or more.
(2) You will then receive a rebate code in your order e-mail that you can submit at the pcaudiolab’s website – http://www.pcaudiolabs.com – when purchasing a computer.

If you buy it online GC should send you two products/boxes (Ezdrummer and the free EZX) If you buy it in the store the employee should give you a VSSD box and ring you up for both Ezdrummer and the free EZX. So you should have 2 items on the receipt. If they have not done this ask to talk to a manager.
