Other drum plugins are just getting better and better on Linux. If you want to stay relevant, you’d better do something soon. Now Steinberg is also releasing VST3 as open source (MIT license) and with Wayland support. https://forums.steinberg.net/t/vst-3-8-0-sdk-released/1011988
What do you mean by outdated libraries? I also like to have native support but I don’t have any problem installing EZdrummer and EZkeys in Linux (both Ubuntustudio and Opensuse) with updated libraries, I think.
