    Another one with the same problem. I tried handling the velocity curves but the result was terrible. Any advise?.

    well, I would suggest you experiment some more with the response curve on the mapping page… if the results were worst after tweaking than before then you corrected them in the opposite way then they should have.

    That said if the MIDI information generated by the module has little to no dynamics and is full on velocity 127 then ultimately there is nothing you’ll be able to correct from the software end.

    If you haven’t already (I’m running a TD-6 kit as well) you will need to adjust the sensitivity and potentially the velocity curves from the basic trigger menu in your TD-6 module for each pad (especially cymbals in your case). As well be sure that you have the correct pad defined in your module (CY-8 if you have a CY-8). In my case I had the wrong snare pad defined and was running into the same type of problem.

    At this point you can make some fine tuning in SD2. Make sure you have the latest 2.2.1 version, as well make sure you have selected e-drums.
