Hey guys, is this function broken again?! Show website midi saying software update require but all software up to date. Please advise

Having the same issue here guys. Just says Checking for updates… with no change after sitting here for a very long time

EDIT – After about 15 minutes it said optimizing followed by analyzing and then finally connected. Weird.

Im having this issue right now.

Basically I click on “Show Web Shop MIDI” and eventually I get “Connetion timed out”.

ToonTrack Product Manager seems to work fine, including checking for update.

please try again, just checked the function here in both EZD3 and SD3 and it connects OK.
