register ezdrummer from studio one

I registered my project manager, but the serial number on the packaging for studio one has the incorrect number of digits.  Help please!!

Are you referring to the EZdrummer Lite that was included in Studio One years ago? If so, please see this FAQ from Presonus:

Looking at your account, both of those product are authorized as of today from Product Manager. What exactly didn’t work when you authorized via Product Manager?

im trying to run ezdrummer in toontrack solo but I’m having an issue authorizing ezdrummer.

I have Toontrack Product manager downloaded and everything is saying its up to date, registered, authorized but when I go to open toontrack solo it tells me ezdrummer is not authorized and to…

1. to copy computer id

2.locate serial number in dvd box or sleeve

3. go to toontrack.com/register and follow instructions

4. paste authorization code here

Hi,

 

to me this sounds as if you have several instances of the ‘ezdrummer.dll’ file on your system and the correct one that the Product Manager is aware of isn’t the same one as Toontrack solo is trying to load.

If you Search your system drive for ‘ezdrummer.dll’, how many instances show up in the results and where are they located?

If you have several instances you can always delete them and re-install the latest EZdrummer plugin update from the Product Manager.

Hi, iv had a copy of ezdrummer for a few years now and never used it before. unfortunately i only have the cardboard sleeve and installation disk. This means i do not have a serial number to register with which is preventing me gaining access to an authorization code. i would be very grateful for any help provided.

You don’t have any registered products to authorize. I’d start by registering your product first, then authorizing will be easy.
