    I have the same issue now. Just purchased EzDrummer2, so this was not a good first impression, when I’ve spent so much money.. I’m running on Win10.

    Hi,

    could you please try opening the Product Manager and re-run the latest EZdrummer 2 updates?
    Then open EZdrummer 2 again and please post a screen shot of the interface displaying any errors that show up.

    Hi,

    did you try to go to Menu > Advanced > Restore Factory MIDI Database?

    Did you try Patrik’s advice?
    If you did and it didn’t work, did you try re-running the 2.1.4 updater?

    yes i do all and nothing happened, today i delete all ez drummer files from my computer and i download the demo v its work all is work fine just in my daw, and there is now standalone icon

    Hi,

    For my part I’m on a 10.8.5 osx. All toontrack updates done and redone. I tried to remove the db as shown, tried to rename database for forcing a rebuilt.
    I still have the unexpected error message and impossibility to use the search tab and edit play style. The item “restore factory…” is greyed.

    Please help.

    FYI – I was having this problem and following Patrik’s advice (from page 1) solved it.

    Im trying to find the File to rename it to try and fix this error but can’t find the folder to rename.

    Im using a mac
