Seeking the help of a possible admin here. I purchased EZ Drummer about an hour ago, I received the email with the purchase receipt, and order number, But I never recieved a serial key, and have no purchased products in my Product Manger app. What am I supposed to do in order to get my serial number so I can download my product?

don’t know what went wrong but I have now sent you an email with a copy of the Invoice, where the serial is printed.

I also recently bought Ezdrummer 2, can`t find the product key anywhere, it`s installed but, does not show up on the product manager. Do i have to buy it 2 times?? In orders it also say`s payment pending???

I can’t find your EZdrummer 2 product, neither in your account nor among your orders so I strongly suggest you contact Toontrack Support directly, so they may help you get this sorted.
