Impossible to add a billing address + VAT

Hello,

In the coming days, I would like to buy “Superior Drummer 3” but :

1. It’s not possible to create a “billing address” in the form, when you select the mandatory field “country” the country disappear without any reason, I tried with Chrome and Edge.
2. Is it possible to have an invoice with VAT ?
