How to contact customer service?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask…have spent...

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask…have spent a long time trying to get contact info…. EZdrummer installation problem; error message said contact manufacturer…so went to EZdrummer.com, which sent me to ToonTrack.com, went to Support, tried the fix recommended there, then tried to final contact email or phn # but there was no contact info there–just recommendations that weren’t relevant.

How does one contact a human being? 30 minutes into this adventure, and no progress. Argh!
