EZ Guitar. Will it ever be a thing?

    I think the problem is strumming patterns. MIDI never really captures that natural feel. if they could solve that, EZ Guitar would be huge.

    How does Native Instruments do it with their midi in their tools like Session Guitarist?  I also agree that if Toontrack ever had a EZGuitar it would complete a one box engine monster that would be my go to for my core rhythms and harmony.

    I’d definitely be interested in this. EZ Bass already shows how useful a simple, pattern-based workflow can be, and guitar would be a natural addition. The strumming and chord voicings are probably the tricky part, but if Toontrack could nail the realism, I’d use it all the time.
