Best Kit for High Toms

    Never really listened to Phil Collins much. But the Metal Foundry has a “Tama Imperialstar 1975 small” kit that has some tight high toms. I used it recently doing some Neil Peart kinda sounding stuff. Hope that helps.

    You can also pitch up the toms and save it as a preset.
    Use your ears though because if you get carried away they can sound like a cheap disco percussion synth.

    That sounds promising…yep, Peart, another guy with an ample selection of hi toms
