The basses are 5 stringed, but you can arrange the MIDI so that it doesn’t play anything below E, which is just like playing a 4 string bass!

True. But I learned all that in the school band and threw it all out and forgot it in my adult life. It’s cool that though that people follow the rules, and some people follow their heart!

This 5 STRING default has ruined what should be a great VST. Really annoying because this is an expensive tool. 4 string should be default with the 5th lower as an optional option. I really don’t like what you have done here 👎🏽

You can set the tuning to “E” if you like, it will then play on 4 strings and transpose lower notes an octave higher.
