Adding additional authorizations to my account

    Hello,

    I’m wondering if I can add or purchase an additional authorization to my same email account or do I have to open a new account to do this?
    Between my son and myself we find we need to expand but I want to keep things under one email or account if possible.

    Toontrack allows two(2) active authorizations at one time with four(4) total authorizations. This means that you can have two computers authorized to use your Toontrack product concurrently.

    While Toontrack can never add active authorizations to your account we can reset your total authorizations if you end up needing more than four.

    The only way to get more than two active authorizations is to purchase another serial number.

    Allo, i’ve made the payment for EZ Drummer 3 and the core library, and didn’t recive any confirmation email.

    On my home page the products are still in the basket.

    I have the confirmation from the bank and the autorization from MBWAY.

    No confirmation email on the main page or in spam, nothing. Can you help me? Should i contact my bank to cancel the transfer?
