i mix with headphones? my mixes suck? you’re actually using a 1 in “mono” speaker? tumblr degrades the sound quality? i dont like over polished trust fund baby metal mixes?

i need to start using expanders…

the dw trigger sample in metalheads ezx sounds really good. im thinking if using it to augment my MF mixes. and i hope the midi pack they release is the sequel to library of the extreme. skank beats ftw! speaking of which ive not posted in the demo’s section for a while…

i really feel its more fair to compare it to dfh ezx as metal foundry is just raw samples. that being said i may layer my metal foundry mixes with the trigger kick from metalheads. that trigger sample sounds tight as fack

you know you can find really good deals on audio interfaces on guitarcenter’s used website. i bought my presonus firestudio project for $269 plus shipping as opposed to retail which would have easily been $600. also ive been using reaper as my daw, which right now is only $40. the thing with mbox is that you’re gonna be stuck with pro tools le and theres other interfaces on the market for the same price with better pre amps and more output flexibility.

rogue said it would be released this month. totally holding my breath on this one. it would make my set up completely 64 bit and im hoping it’ll alleviate all the cracking and popping i get from playing back midi files in ezpp.

    ORIGINAL: Rogue

it will be out in the course of this month.

    !!!

can’t wait! bug fixes??? ezplayer would crash my cubase as well usually when i selected a midi loop from within the ezplayer browser. also i noticed theres a lot of popping and crackling when i play back the loops in ez as well as complete note dropouts. 64 bit cant be here soon enough

yea im running reaper in 64 bit and i recently upgraded to the S2.2.2 64 bit upgrade as well. ezplayer is still 32 bit and it is bridged so would i have to downgrade to reaper 32 bit? i just finished setting paths to S2.2.2 64 bit and beatstation 64 bit in reaper =\\

the error msg i was getting when i try to import a midi file into the project page is: “could not import 1 of 1 items”

im running reaper 3.63 and i get an error when i try to import ez player midi files into the project page even with the merges with midi input option selected. also im running S2 and EZplayer pro in 32 bit.

i always bus the kick and snare mics and pan the busses center. i noticed some of the mix presets have the kick and snares bussed but they are not centered. i always thought the kick and snare should be centered traditionally and they do sound better to my ears this way

thanks martin. apparently the folks at future music see fit to discredit this new product as quickly as possible http://tinyurl.com/ylnewf9 damn the heathens!
