I just want to say upfront that I really enjoy your products and have been a loyal customer for years but the download speeds have been a serious, ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. This isn’t a problem with my internet, firewall, or provider. I’ve checked everything on my end, and I’m not the only one dealing with this. Tons of other users have had the same issue for years. Downloads start off okay, then crawl to a stop or drop off completely. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re trying to download large libraries or updates. Honestly, it’s unacceptable that this still hasn’t been fixed. In 2025, there’s no reason a company this established should have such unreliable downloads, especially when your entire platform is based on digital delivery. You’ve got a great product line, but this makes using it a lot harder than it should be. Please take a serious look at your servers or whatever is causing this. Your customers are paying for this stuff — the least we should expect is to be able to download what we bought without jumping through hoops or waiting hours for something that should take minutes. It’s time to fix this. Do better for the people who support your company.

Hi,I’m experiencing the same issue others have mentioned. I just purchased a large library, and the download process is honestly a joke.
It starts off very quickly, but then—especially near the end (which is extra frustrating!)—the download either breaks off, freezes, or just stops doing anything.
How long have you been in business? What kind of servers are you using? This really shouldn’t be happening. For a paid product—especially one of this size—this is completely unacceptable.
Please provide a proper solution or alternative download method.
