I tried to open the product manager and got an error thats kinda like this. Still cant get it to update after trying all the fixes suggest on this thread and a few others. Please help!!

Running on Mac, Catalina version 10.15.7, 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

Operating system: macOS Catalina (10.15)
