I bought the monster midi pack when it was on sale and never received it. I never received an email.

Do you have the same MIDI on the S3 Song Track and on the MIDI track in Studio One? If so, remove the MIDI from one or the other.

Thanked by: Scott Eshleman, Bear-Faced Cow and BradYou have 2 active authorizations for each product. Please use the Toontrack Product Manager and navigate to the authorization tab for each product. Then remove one of the current authorizations (for your old computer) and you can then authorize your new computer.

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanThanks John.
Thanks for your advice about it needing EZKeys 2, I will look to purchase.
But no thanks for the arrogance shown in your “learn more about the program” statement…
Have a great day…
He wasn’t telling you to learn more about the program.
He was quoting the Product page that states…
“This EKX requires EZkeys 2. Learn more about the program here.”

Thanked by: Brad, Bear-Faced Cow and ShootieHello I’m Korean I’m trying to buy a new laptop and authorize it and I have the same phenomenon as everyone else in ezkeys2 Can you solve it?
I’ve removed your inactive authorizations. You should be good now.

Hey, this been driving me insane, I got songs that need done and emailed support already, can you reset the inactive authorizations. Every time I try to get them authorized it says there full when I obviously have slots open. Same exact issue as poster of this topic! EZ Mix 2 and few EZ Drummer Sound Libraries.
Operating system: Windows 11
I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be able to authorize your new computer.

Thanked by: joelI am having exactly the same problem. Installing EZ Drummer 3 on a second PC. The program downloaded, installed, and authorized perfectly. I then downloaded the EZ Drummer 3 core library, tried to install, and I am receiving the same message as above (missing files etc.) The midi files from the Core Library also installed perfectly (as above).
Since I have the EZ Drummer 3 “upgrade”, do I need to also install EZ Drummer 2 on my second PC? I was hoping to just do 3 and keep the disk space to a minimum as this second PC is not my main recording PC.

It looks like you’re downloading and installing from the website and not the Toontrack Product Manager. Please use the Product Manager.

from my understanding all ez expansions are mixed with the superior plugins so why I not open the settings in superior.
That’s not necessarily true. EZXs have presets created with the producer’s custom effect chains. That could include hardware also (compressors, eq, tape, distortion pedals, et al). That’s why there are black box effects that can’t be adjusted when opening EZD presets in S3.

Facing the same problem here. What the hell is going on here I just register
What doesn’t work for you? The registered product Help forum? If you don’t have the product registered to your account, you won’t have access to the support forum. I understand folks want to peruse the support forums but unfortunately the Toontrack Support forums work that way here. Feel free to use the pre sales forum if you have any pre sales questions .

Nice work!
I will admit I am behind my time today. I was making rather merry yesterday. 🙂
