SDX MID grooves are a separate download from the samples.
Please look for them in your Toontrack account.
Please check out the Instrument Lists for the ‘Americana’ and ‘Nashville’ EZX expansions.
…which does make me wonder about the SDX(s) from which they are derived.

Thanked by: Davy LambBy clicking the “Show Web Shop MIDI” button on EZDrummer2’s SEARCH tab,
you will be able to preview/audition NEW MIDI THAT YOU DO NOT YET OWN
alongside the MIDI that you have purchased.
If you own EZDrummer2 (and I assume that you do, as you are posting in the EZDrummer thread),
you can preview/audition any of the available Toontrack MIDI packs
by clicking the “Show Web Shop MIDI” button on EZDrummer2’s SEARCH tab.
Note that this will allow you to hear the MIDI in the context of the drum kit sound libraries that YOU own,
versus a SoundCloud soundclip from a library that you might not own yet.
Yes.
All of the drum MIDI groove packs can be used in both SuperiorDrummer & EZDrummer.

Second: there is a posibility to create an new drum kit in muy Beat Buddy pedal by the app but for that i need all the wav files of each instrument and as i saw the drum kits in EZdrummer 2 is in a not open pack. If i pay for these drum kit i sould have the cahce to use it as i need it no? How can i find these wav files in the Post-Rock EZX pack or in the default vintage or moderm.

I think that you’re confusing sample libraries and virtual instruments. EZDrummer is a virtual instrument, not just a collection of samples.
and I think that you’ll find that the description for each EZDrummer EZX expansion sound library states that it “REQUIRES EZDRUMMER”.
Like almost every other virtual instrument on the market,
EZDrummer EZX sound libraries can only be used within the Toontrack drum products, EZDrummer & SuperiorDrummer.
They can’t be used in Addictive Drums, SessionDrummer or StudioDrummer. LIkewise, AddictiveDrums libraries can’t be played by EZDrummer.

I am logged into the forum. When I “cut and paste” the urls into a new web browser, I get a forum message that the page has moved.
As these posts are both found in the ‘EZDrummer Support’ area of the forum,
perhaps they are restricted to demo-only forum members.
I’ll try to quote the meat-and-potatoes of their suggestions.

I don’t know if this has been covered elsewhere but I thought it may help a user or two here.
As we all know, higher and higher resolution displays on our laptops are becoming more and more common. Even full HD now seems quaint. My Dell XPS 15 has a resolution of 3200 x 1800 and that’s not unusual anymore. The result is that some software can open in impossibly small windows – rendering it useless. In my experience all Toontrack software falls into this category.
Fear not! There is a fairly simple solution.
The lowly manifest file.
Below is the text of an example manifest file. In fact, it’s the manifest file for my laptop – fixing EZdrummer 2.
EZdrummer64false
Note the line toward the beginning that says:
“name=”EZdrummer64.exe””
That must contain the exact name of the executable file. A few lines below it is another place we need to enter the application name.
To use this file. Open a new, blank text file. Copy and paste the above into the text file and save it to the directory where the offending application lives.
In my case, that directory is:
C:Program FilesToontrackEZdrummer
The file must be named as follows:
Exact original executable name + .manifest.
eg.
EZdrummer64.exe.manifest
As mentioned before, it must reside in the same directory as that exe.
After the file exists and is in the correct location, all you have to do is launch the application normally and windows will take care of the rest.
There is ZERO danger in using this. It only gives windows a few instructions that tell it how to render. NO permanent changes are made to anything. If you don’t like the results, simply delete the manifest file and all will return to original state.
Hope this helps,
Greg

– Try rightclick the EZdrummer icon and choose properties, then compatibility tab.
– Uncheck “Disable display scaling on high DPI settings”.

seems that my “access is denied” to look at those pages. Don’t know why. Is it a windows 10 issue?
did you log into the forum?
perhaps you missed these forum posts regarding window size,
starting with:

Maybe they’ll be of help.
Please forgive my delayed response….I got home a short while ago
and just got a chance to sit in front of EZDrummer2, Logic Pro X and Pro Tools 12.
In short, the answer to your original question is “No. There is no Bar Offset function in EZDrummer2.”
BUT…
In Pro Tools 12, when I created a 2 bar offset before Bar 1,
EZD2 followed along bar-for-bar with the Pro Tools playhead; i.e.
when Pro Tools was playing Bar 2, EZD2 was playing Bar 2 in its timeline.
I had the same experience in Logic Pro X. When I created a 2 bar offset before Bar 1,
EZD2 followed along bar-for-bar with the Logic Pro X playhead;
i.e. when Logic Pro X was playing Bar 2, EZD2 was playing Bar 2 in its timeline.
Somehow, these 2 DAWs knew that the “Song Start” was moved 2 bars
and did not transmit “Follow Me” information to EZD2 until the “Song Started”.
When I tried to do the same in Reaper, I experienced the scenario that you described.
Reaper was playing Bar 1 while EZD2 was playing Bar 3.
Perhaps there is another offset required in Reaper that is not necessary in Pro Tools or Logic Pro X. SMPTE?
Please note: the most recent version of Reaper that I have is v4.591/64 rev b45de3; 01/17/2014.
Sorry. I only downloaded to help a friend get started with it 2 years ago.
Thanks. I understand the idea & concept of a count-in.
I was asking why you need to include it in the EZDrummer2 timeline.
Why not just have Reaper’s metronome perform the count-in (in the DAW),
and your drum groove start in EZD2 timeline at Bar 2, leaving Bar 1 blank?
Please explain the purpose of dragging the “count-in MIDI” into the EZDrummer2 timeline.
It is perfectly acceptable to leave empty space in the EZDrummer2 timeline.
Why not leave the grooves in the EZDrummer2 Song Creator Timeline
and have it play along with your DAW in “Follow Host” mode?
Unless I need the piano roll in Pro Tools to edit the MIDI in some way that EZDrummer2 can’t,
I don’t have any reason to drag grooves into the DAW while still editing/rewriting the grooves.
just sayin’
One of those great new features in EZDrummer2 is the ability to test drive/preview all Toontrack MIDI packs available in the Web Shop,
a kind of ‘try-before-you-buy’. ( http://www.toontrack.com/app/uploads/product/ezdrummer-2/jpg/13.looks_search_big.jpg )
I’d start with the grooves in the “Blues MIDI”, “The Blues EZX MIDI” packs.
