I paid through Paypal which confirmed the payment was made properly (see attachment), but I got a message from Toontrack saying the Order failed (attachment). After spending two hours trying to reach anybody at Toontrack or PayPal, I decided to cancel the order on your ‘Failed Order” page but now I’m in the dark as to where my money went and what I need to do to get this solved. And of course I don’t have my Midi pack. Please let me know what is going on here. Thank you.
