No John. I even more confused after trying to download the N.Y. Vol. 2. In the downloaded version of PM when I attempt to download it it is 11.5 GB 5 hour! Monster!
In the online version of PM it’s 4.3 MB and D/L’s in seconds!? What’s up with that? Problem #2 along with the downloads is listed a sound installer revision for windows..sounds like something I need right now right? after downloading this installer It appears to be more of an un-installer. It prompts me to un-install selected, installed N.Y. Studio files (including avatar). So I naturally think it must be part of the process Right? No,… now I have lost my Avatar from the drop down list. It’s in the grooves tab, but not in the drop down window! I’m really getting sick of all this. How Do I get this working correctly? Am I expected to wait 5 hours for a download? My system is not a dog.. that’s ridiculous. How do I get back the three drum library’s, how do I ever get the product I paid for working correctly, And how would I even ever know? Not knowing what it’s supposed to be. I never even knew I was missing the Allaire from the drop-down window. Didn’t know it was supposed to be there.
Can I completely un-install Superior, and all the sound files, then re-install it, or how is it done exactly? Is there something wrong with my system, or does everybody have these issues and just live with them? I don’t understand why I can’t install the sound library’s from the Two Disk’s that were sold to me. Why don’t they work? Why should I have to go to another method to install these? Why Can’t I get a agreement from PM online and downloaded as to what is actually installed and “Ready for Use”! on my computer??

My Web version download page.. doesn’t seem to communicate, with my PM. It seems to think.. all is well with the EZKeys products. But, thinks my Pop Rock needs to be Authorized!

Is this even possible? Installation’s show installed…yet the “installation is incomplete” is showing.

Hey John. As stated I don’t see any change when I switch to another app. as suggested. I don’t get a delete even when I use the “clean-up” function. The (579 MB) of disk space shown, never goes away. As of now, I have powered through some downloads..meaning attempted to download the files repeatably, until they actually complete. As of now I have a marathon 3h 15 min download going on after clicking thee download button. Something is definitely wrong. I could re-download my whole drive in that time normally. This is occupying way too much of my time.
BTW the most recent completed downloads, and installs were completed with the current settings of download location. So it works.
Question; do I wait to complete the 3 hour download? I will post the most recent window. Notice the download time. Also notice the list of complete downloads.
I keep installing update for EZ Keys player 32bit Grand piano, and Retro Electrics. The Product Manager never changes it display to acknowledge the update is complete. Even though I have gone through the download steps repeatably without any error windows. PM still shows “Install Updates”

Sorry John, I’m a little confused as to what your response is. As for check the details installation area see what it believes is installed… it is wrong. how would I know on some of the library updates.

I don’t see any indication of a write protected download location. Where is that seen? I use the same download location as always. I don’t understand the…. e.g. click on the desktop to switch to Explorer) and back to PM should remove traces of those downloads so that ‘Move Downloads’ can be performed in the Options window. It doesn’t seem to make any difference at all if I click on the descktop, then back to the PM window. If that is indeed what is being suggested here.

Hello John, I always use C>users>myname>downloads. I did notice it had been different in The PM. After changing it it didn’t resolve the problem. I check the download being offered in PM (version/build) with the one I currently am using. Except the sound libraries updates ect.

Interesting thing John, I assume the global you refer to is the one you attached a picture of. And the EZD2 is the one I pictured. I had actually never used the global tempo you showed. When I do, it does in fact change the tempo. It also reads proper in the EZD2 window (I pictured). Soon as I try to change the tempo at the EZD2 interface ..instant crash. Curious thing John, the first time I encountered this in Aug. 2015 (first post), you directed me to remove certain files, and it fixed the problem. Why do you suppose it would no linger work? I mean… soon as I8 open the Solo program It automatically adds back the previously removed files. I will take your advise and contact support through FAQ. But I find it very odd.
