Superior Drummer 2 did have an upgrade path to Superior Drummer 3, but it has been discontinued for years. We still offer a crossgrade path from the EZdrummer line to the Superior line.

 

Also, you purchase products through the website, not the PM.

You can try deleting Logic’s cache files.

Plug-ins may appear as hidden or blocked in the Studio One plug-in manager. If you go to Studio One Preferences and look at the VST settings, do you see anything blocked/hidden?

In the Studio One Plugin Manager, you can select to hide or show a plugin. There is a little white dot next to the plug-in.

Sorry for the late reply. Glad you figured it out. For anyone else wondering, you can double-click the velocity value to manually set the note’s velocity (make sure to first drag the bar down to 0 before you set the velocity).

If you still have the EZD3 libraries installed, you need to remove them after the trial ends or else SD3 will ask you to authorize the EZD3 libraries.

Remove the EZX3_EZdrummer3_BrightRoom, EZX3_EZdrummer3_MainRoom, and EZX3_EZdrummer3_TightRoom folders from your EZdrummer libraries path.

The default path, if you haven’t moved the libraries or chosen a custom install path, is
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > EZDrummer on Mac
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer on PC.

I would even love a randomize button just to spit out completely unorthodox drum parts.  Lock in parts that work, but keep randomizing other parts. In this case, try reinstalling EZD3 first from the Product Manager application.
Also, install any updates available.

At the moment, it is not possible to bulk install Toontrack products via the Product Manager, which is why you were prompted for your iMac password with each individual installation. This has been added as a feature request for future updates of the Product Manager. At this time, however, we do not have any information on if or when it will be implemented.

EZkeys MIDI packs do not contain sounds, only MIDI files. Any audio or video demos on this page portray examples of the MIDI played back by EZkeys and EKX expansions.
