Ok, what the f, over?

Now, if i go through each kit, some work and some dont…

For example, on Vintage and I choose “Levee”….the kick and the snares are definitely “Zepplin”-but the high hat is stock alesis garbage.

what the hell? How does that even happen ? Ive literally done nothing to anything. Its like the kits are mixed between Alesis and ezd2 suddenly.

another problem that appeared out of nowhere is I was getting kick drums with every cymbal hit. Thats not happening anymore.

hell, now nothing is. All I have that works is a free expansion I dont even use.

UPDATE: After the FOURTH uninstall/reinstall its working again.

I thought I had the same issue…I literally just went to sleep and woke up and only the Alesis  sounds were playing through my speakers. Ezd2 is being triggered on the screen. Using the on screen GUI and the EZD2 sounds come through fine

Its  worked fine(ish, minus having to restart the software 4-5 times before it will even recognize my drums), I havent disconnected or changed anything.

Neither the vintage not modern drum kits work, HOWEVER, when i try my one expansion pack, it works fine….so its clearly a software and not a hardware issue.

Why on earth would only one out of three kits work now after theyve worked fine for the last week?

All I did was go to bed lol, woke up and its not working.

ive also uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times, still only have my expansion pack working and not the stock modern and vintage kits.

Im having this same issue suddenly this morning. Everything is hooked up correctly, I havent touched a thing and woke up to play and Now its not playing through ez drummer.

It has been fine for weeks.

To reitterate-I havent touched anything. NOTHING.  I was playing all day and night, shut everything down and this morning now it doesnt work. Ez drummer works “manually” with the mouse, but when I hit the Alesis the animations show up like I trigger it, but its 90% the alesis sound coming out and you can barely hear easy drummer. The sounds are there but theyre barely audible

ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting, powered usb hub, chanting in the rain, sacrificing a goat and nothing is working

 

EDIT – Kittens. It was sacrificing kittens.
So after the tenth restart, it works now. Super excited near $200 software is not reliable.
