I don’t know if this is of any help, but i had an issue also with tuning in EZKeys. When i used an non standard tuning and changed a preset or Instrument, it did not keep the tuning. But after changing preset/instrument and THEN adjusting the tuning again it was ok….

Karsten P.Argh, just saw that an other user suggested that some time ago….So, you can delete this post. But you should consider implementing that 😉
