Sorry I hadn’t seen that post about all libraries before I answered… The best thing you can do with that is just save as in that menu and The best way you can do that is by saving your ezx libraries and sdx libraries settings as you like them keep them in autosaved and open them up in each project as you need to… Autosaved in file menu.

If I’m hearing you right this is already available… Just tweek the settings and drums the way you want them and then go to file and hit “save current as default project”

No unfortunately you wouldn’t get all the velocities….But check it out if you have the time and see how it sounds to you…

Hi 6stringchug,

My first thought after I read this was are you able to get his source drums sounds off the internet individually? ie. Kik, snare, hat ECT… Or find someone with ggd and ask them to send you his individual instruments via Wav or whatever….

Then you can just drag those sounds in & build your own kit of his drums using the user drums pads… 🙂

Ok, I found it…I’ve been using mostly SD3 for a long time…

You start by  pressing ORIG tempo down, you’ll hear the groove in it’s orig tempo (Yes BPM)

if you want to know the tempo just drag it into your measure box below and the tempo pops up…This is in the standalone & DAW mode

Oh also try to right click any menu and it might not have been checked to show the tempo…

 

Sorry I’m still not at my computer… But the menu thing might be your go to… Check help for that..

I’m not near my computer but as I recall look up in the left corner of the grovesg screen and you will see preview in original tempo…
