Hi,
Is it the left project in the image that does not work?
It’s supposed to say USER_STEREO in the save file only if you have loaded your own audio file on the instrument.
Can you reproduce this issue in a new instance? If so, exactly how? Did you select “None” for the left or right kick?

Have you tried restarting the Product Manager? Does that fix it?

Hi,
That seems like a bug, it should not be in the trial section when you own EZD3. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Thank you
Everything checked and ok.
Ez drummer still not in the AU instrument list or anywhere else.
Which version of Logic are you using? Version 11.2.2 has a fix “Recently installed Audio Unit plug-ins are available in Logic Pro as expected.”

Hi,
Try logging out from the computer and back in, alternatively restarting the computer.

The EZdrummer 3 core library only needs to be authorized if you want to use it in Superior Drummer 3 on a computer where EZdrummer 3 is not installed/authorized. You can trust what the Product Manager application says. The webpage does not know the status of the products on your computers.

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanHi,
When it is not working, look at the MIDI Out indicator in the lower right corner, does it still blink? And does it help to toggle MIDI Out off and on in EZkeys 2?

Perhaps an e-drum preset is active? In Settings > E-Drum/MIDI In, does it say anything else than “Toontrack Standard” (without an asterisk) on the Preset menu?

Thanked by: Dean StadtlanderThose errlog entries are “normal” for that SDX. When it crashes, do you get any dialog about a dmp file having been created? If so, please upload some of those dmp files.
