Let me see, you are on Mac. Unless you have moved the sounds they should
be installed to (something like) /Library/Application Support/EZDrummer/Sounds.
That directory should hold subdirectories containing several hundred MBs
of sounds in total. Does that seem to be the case for you?

Actually, no. MHE is available to all drums in all libraries from the start.
For some drums it may be somewhat improved by a library update. An
update will also enable MHE by default for cymbals.
